  • Host：refers to the machine used to split into different instances.
  • Instance: refers to the machine split from the host machine.
  • This gives rise to host-users and instance-users.
  • Edge Machine: machines where NodeHatch services are located.

Account Registration, Use, and Deactivation

Registration

  1. This website and related services provide you with a registration channel. You have the right to choose a legal combination of characters as your account and set a password that meets security requirements. The account and password you set are the credentials you use to log in and use this website and related services. If you are a minor, this website will legally restrict your use according to relevant national laws and regulations and regulatory requirements.
  2. You understand and promise that the account you set shall not violate national laws and the relevant rules of this website.   9. You understand and agree that to make full use of account resources, if you do not log in to use the account promptly after registration or if you do not log in to the account for more than one year, this website has the right to recover your account nickname.

Deactivation

  1. You have the right to apply for account deactivation on this website. After deactivating the website account, you will no longer be able to log in and use this website and related services with this account, and this website will also simultaneously terminate providing you with various products and services under this account. Once the website account is deactivated, it cannot be recovered. Please consider it carefully before deactivation.

  • The deactivation process is carried out according to regulations;

  • There are no unresolved transactions under the account;
  • Other conditions that should be met.
  1. Once the website account is deactivated, the relevant user agreements and other rights and obligations documents signed between you and us will terminate (excluding those agreed to continue to be effective or those provided by law). At the same time, you acknowledge and agree: even if your account is deactivated, it does not exempt you from or reduce your responsibilities and obligations that may be borne according to relevant laws, regulations, agreements, and rules during the agreement period.

If the content uploaded by the user contains information or content that violates the above policies, laws, and regulations, the user will directly bear all adverse consequences caused by this.   2. For behaviors where high-frequency and extensive use of APIs cause Edge machines to malfunction, NodeHatch has the right to suspend or delete the accounts of the abusers.
  3. If a host machine user believes that their instance user has abusive behavior, the host machine user has the right to suspend and reclaim the instance.

Refunds

  1. In principle, NodeHatch does not support refunds for purchased services. However, in some special circumstances, coordination with us is possible, and NodeHatch reserves the right to reject refund requests.
  2. Due to a decline in service quality by NodeHatch, NodeHatch may offer users compensation measures such as extending service package durations, but the specific implementation is decided by NodeHatch.
  3. NodeHatch reserves the right to reject users whom we deem unsuitable for using NodeHatch.

Advertisements

  1. You fully understand and agree that while using this website and related services, there may be information, advertisements, or brand promotion services targeted at individuals or enterprises introduced by this website. You agree to the display of commercial advertisements, promotions, or information (including commercial or non-commercial information) from this website and/or third-party suppliers, partners within this website, and related services.
